한국인 암환우들에게 Support Group이 필요하며, 필요시 사무실을 제공 하겠다는 암전문 병원의 요청에 의하여 시작 되었습니다.
러빙엔젤스는 Hyeok Kim 외 네명(Jai Byeon, Esther Ku, Julia Lee & Young Kim)에 의해 발족 되었습니다.

We recognized the need for a “Cancer Support Group” for Korean American patients at the request of a cancer hospital in WA, in which an office space would be provided, if necessary.
It was founded by Hyeok Kim and four others (Jai Byeon, Esther Ku, Julia Lee, and Young Kim).
The premise of support is not Christian conversion, and serves patients beyond religion, gender, age, political ideology, and legal status.
